The Arizona Mayflower Society will not transfer Personal Information to third parties. Except for circumstances such as required or permitted by law and/or if we believe that such action is necessary to comply with a legal requirement, a court order, request by law enforcement officials, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of others or ourselves. We also reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we, in good faith, believe to be unlawful. 

In addition, we may need to transfer personal information to third parties who perform services on our behalf in your interest. For example, we may release personal information to third parties to fulfill customer orders, deliver packages, or to process credit card payments.

Return Policy

Due to the Nature of our non profit a refund of your donation may only be received if an error on our part created a charge to your form of payment. Please understand that all donations customer initiated are final and we can not refund them. All Refund Requests for a billing error on our behalf must be provided by email to Treasurer@ArizonaMayflowerSociety.org. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.
